Piped Cookies With Choco-mallow Glaze |

This cookies are perfect for any ocassion, soft texture and delicious flavors. Ingredients:
for the cookies |
3/4 cup unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing |
1/4 cup powder sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla extract |
2 cups flour |
1 tbsp. milk |
for the choco-mallow glaze |
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate |
1 cup evaporated milk |
1 cup miniature marshmallows |
Directions:
1. FOR THE COOKIES 2. The dough makes quite a firm paste, so it might be easier to pipe half the quantity at a time. 3. 1.beat together the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until very pale and creamy. Add the flour and milk and mix to for a smooth paste. 4. 2.Put the mixture in a large pastry bag fitted with a large strar or plain tip, pipe fingers, or rings of dough, in a greased cookie sheets. 5. 3.Bake ina a preheated oven 350 ºF for 15 to 20 min. 6. 4.Using a spatula, transfer to a wire rack to cool. 7. FOR THE GLAZE 8. Place all ingredients in saucepan, stir constantly over very low heat until mixture is smooth. 9. Pour warm over cookies with a pipe to cover cookies. |
