Ingredients:
5 lbs beef brisket |
2 (14 ounce) cans beef consomme |
2 cups cups soy sauce |
2 garlic cloves |
2 lemons, juice of |
1 tablespoon liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. add sauce ingridients into roaster pan. 2. Toss brisket around in it until coated. 3. cover pan with foil. 4. cook on 300 for about seven hours. 5. remove fat and serve. |
