I made this for one potluck and it was so popular I was doomed to make it forevermore. A Mickey Bosley special Ingredients:
1 package flour tortillas |
8 oz cream cheese |
8 oz sour cream |
4 oz can chopped green chilis |
1/2 can black olives |
1 c shredded chedder jack cheese |
garlic powder to taste |
salsa |
Directions:
1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chedder jack, chilies, and black olives. 2. Spread over tortillas; roll up. Wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. 3. To serve cut each roll-up into wheels; 4. Pass salsa for dipping. |
