Pinto Beans, tomatoes, onions, pepper
Ingredients:
3 cups beans, pinto, mature seeds, canned
15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 large onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Cook chopped onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomatoes in saucepan.
2. Add salt and pepper. Add pinto beans. Stir. Remove from heat. I use this to stuff pita bread.
