Pinto beans without added fat or cholesterol. Very good if you are trying to lose weight or are watching your intake of cholesterol. Very good source of fiber
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) bag dry pinto beans
1 cup celery
1 cup carrot
1 onion, diced
instant chicken bouillon or beef bouillon, to taste
Directions:
1. Cook pinto beans as directed on package.
2. Add celery, carrots, onion and add chicken or beef boulion to taste.
