I am newly vegetarian and I have discovered this concoction. It is very tasty on half a pita with sprouts, red pepper, fresh basil and some fat free cheese. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans |
2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt |
cumin |
curry |
garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Rinse and drain the beans. 2. Add spices. 3. Mash with a potato masher or masher of your choice. 4. Enjoy! |
