Tastes a lot like pecan pie! Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar |
2/3 cup packed brown sugar |
3 eggs |
1/3 cup butter |
1 cup pinto beans, cooked and mashed |
1/3 cup chopped walnuts |
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Cream together butter, sugars and eggs (slightly beaten). Add beans and nuts, mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes. |
