15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 tablespoons green onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, minced and seeded |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
fresh vegetables, or |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and process until smooth. 3. Serve with vegetables or chips. |
