Pinto Bean Burgers Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups pinto beans |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp steak seasoning |
1/2 tbsp minced onion |
1/2 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. mash pinto beans (I used dried beans and cook - you can also use rinsed can beans) 2. add all ingredients 3. mix together 4. pat into patties 5. cook on stove top on medium heat until brown - flip and brown other side |
