Directions:
1. mix rice and beans. 2. Add sausage cut into medallions about 1/4-inch medallions. 3. Add Franks (2-3 good dashes). 4. Add all seasonings. 5. Can also add shrimp or crab-goes great with this. 6. heat all till 160degrees.
