A semi Louisiana dish.
Ingredients:
16 ounces cooked rice
8 ounces sausage (summer or smoked works best)
salt
black pepper
fajita seasoning mix
cavenders all purpose all purpose greek seasoning or chef billy b's seasoning
frank's red hot sauce
16 ounces cooked pinto beans
Directions:
1. mix rice and beans.
2. Add sausage cut into medallions about 1/4-inch medallions.
3. Add Franks (2-3 good dashes).
4. Add all seasonings.
5. Can also add shrimp or crab-goes great with this.
6. heat all till 160degrees.
