Pinto and Black Bean Soup |

This is great on a cold night. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can beef broth |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
2 teaspoons salsa |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients. 2. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. 3. Also can be cooked in a crockpot. 4. serve with flour tortillas. |
