I tried this recipe for the first time when a dear friend made it last weekend at her card party. It got great reviews and sounds so easy to make. Enjoy Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
1 teaspoon pink lemonade flavor soft drink mix |
1/4 cup cold milk |
8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed |
9 graham cracker crumb crust |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and drink mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
2. Gradually add milk and mix until well blended then gently stir in whipped topping.
3. Spoon into crust and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
