A fresh, creamy salad with a surprising texture and lovely color. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can sliced beets, drained and cut into bite-size pieces |
1 (15 ounce) can hearts of palm, drained and cut into bite-size pieces |
1/4 cup sour cream, or more to taste |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
2 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes |
1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning |
1 tablespoon chile paste (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine the beets, hearts of palm, sour cream, garlic, onion flakes, adobo seasoning, and chile paste in a bowl; toss to mix well. Serve immediately or chill. |
