A pretty pink cocktail that tastes so good, even the guys will like it. Great for a summer BBQ or a bacholorette party. Be sure to shake it very well in order to create a frothy appearance. Ingredients:
3 ounces coconut rum |
1 ounce watermelon rum |
1 tablespoon coconut cream |
1 cup pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice (from jar of cherries) |
maraschino cherry |
pineapple slice |
Directions:
1. Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add first 5 ingredients to shaker. Shake very well. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple slice.
