Delicious pink sauce recipe. I love to top it on chicken made with panko breadcrumbs (Japanese breadcrums) and cheese. Ingredients:
28 ounces crushed tomatoes |
1 1/2 ounces heavy cream |
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 1/4 cups grated cheese |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Pour olive oil in saute pan. Let the olive oil heat up a little before you put in the ingredients. Next, toss in the onions and garlic. Let brown. Pour crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, and grated cheese. Mix well and let boil. |
