This was my Grandma Barker's pink salad recipe. It is so tasty. We always make it around the holidays. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package raspberry jell-o gelatin |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
8 ounces cool whip |
maraschino cherry (optional) |
pecans (optional) |
Directions:
1. Bring jello and pineapple to a boil and mix with cream cheese. Mix in cool whip. 2. Chill till set in the fridge. May add marachino cherries and pecans. |
