Ingredients:
3 -4 celery ribs
4 red apples, preferably fuji, cut into wedges
1 inch piece ginger
1/2 ounce piece red beet
Directions:
1. Press all ingredients through a juice extractor and into a measuring cup.
2. Divide punch evenly between 4 glasses. Stir, and drink immediately.
