A tasty and healthy smoothie, using mango, strawberries and OJ. This recipe comes from the Dairy Farmers of Canada. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup 1% low-fat milk (or whatever kind you prefer) |
1 cup mango (fresh or frozen chunks) |
1/2 cup strawberry |
1/2 cup orange juice (fresh if you can) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. |
