A wonderful pie that is sweet, tart, and creamy. Perfect for a hot summer day!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. Put cream cheese, condensed milk, and pink lemonade in blender.
2. Blend well and fold in whipped topping.
3. Pour into pie crust.
4. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
5. *Variation: Pour mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle homemade graham cracker crust over top and freeze. Delicious when scooped out like ice cream.
