Raspberries, orange juice, marshmallows, and whipped cream make a delicate flavor and rich texture. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers |
1/4 cup soft butter |
1/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup orange juice |
12 ounces marshmallows |
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed |
Directions:
1. Blend the vanilla wafers, butter, and sugar together and press firmly into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes. Cool and chill. 2. Heat orange juice in a double boiler. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. 3. Cool mixture and chill in the refrigerator until partially set. 4. After it is partially set, fold in the whipped cream and raspberries. 5. Pour filling into crust. 6. Top with extra whipped cream if desired. |
