My girls love this pink stuff as they call it.

Ingredients:

1 large pkg. strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert

12 ounces cottage cheese

9 ounces cool whip

8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

1. Stir dry Jell-O into cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix in pineapple and nuts. Chill before serving.
