I had these at The Birdcage Bar, at Wrest Point Casino in Hobart. Very yummy!

Ingredients:

1 ounce malibu rum

1 ounce bacardi rum

1 ounce vodka

6 ounces lemonade

1 dash black currant cordial

Directions:

1. Mix Vodka, Bacardi and Malibu together over ice, top up with lemonade and add a dash of blackcurrant to colour the drink a pale pink.
