This is from The New Farm Vegetarian Cookbook . Ingredients:
1 cup tofu |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
1 -2 tablespoon oil |
1 -2 tablespoon vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 teaspoon curry or 1/4 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Blend until dip is nice and creamy in a food processor or blender. 2. For a thinner dip, blend in a little soymilk. |
