I have fond memories going to a famous restaurant and eating this and it's awesome! You'll love Pini Cheese! Ingredients:
3 3/4 lbs. cream cheese |
6 oz. blue cheese |
3 oz. chopped green olives |
3 oz. chopped roasted red peppers |
3/4 t. salt |
Directions:
1. Cream all ingredients together. 2. Put into a cheese mold to form a ball or you can use an old Cool Whip container, press it in and refrigerate. 3. Strips of green pepper and sliced olives can be used to decorate the top. Serve with crackers, bread & vegetables. |
