This smoothie came about because I had leftover pineapple juice and coconut milk. If you use frozen bananas you may not need the ice. Yummy way to start the day! Ingredients:
1/2 cup oatmeal |
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
1/2 cup coconut milk |
2 small bananas |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistancy. |
