Another great recipe from my Aunt. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
2/3 can evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 pan. 2. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. 3. While cake is baking mix the last 4 ingredients together in pan and boil for 5 minutes. 4. When cake comes out of oven and still warm pour the sauce over cake. |
