Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks (about 3 cups) |
wooden skewers, for serving |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, salt and chili powder in a dry, small bowl and stir to incorporate. Place in a shallow serving dish. 2. Thread 3 pineapple chunks each onto 6-inch wooden skewers.
