6 cups fresh pineapple chunks |
1/4 cup slivered fresh basil |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a pretty serving dish. 2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. 3. Serve with toothpicks and garnished with a basil or mint sprig. |
