Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 cup pineapple, crushed |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon lemon, zest of |
Directions:
1. Cream the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor or with an electric mixer. 2. Blend in the sour cream. 3. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. 4. Cover and chill. 5. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Vanilla Wafers, Chicken, Pears, Strawberries |
