a very quick and easy cake, looks good and tastes great. Ingredients:
1 can sliced pineapple |
2t butter |
1/2c brown sugar |
maraschino cherries |
1 vanilla cake mix |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple reserving some juice. 2. Melt butter in baking pan, stir in brown sugar and enough juice to make the sugar mixture spread evenly in pan. 3. Arrange pineapple and cherries decoratively over top. 4. Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour evenly over pineapple rings. 5. Bake in 350F until tested done. 6. Cool slightly and carefully invert onto serving tray. |
