My pineapple upside down pancakes are so rich they're more like a dessert than a breakfast. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
1 1/3 cups milk |
2 tablespoons white sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup crushed pineapple |
Directions:
1. Mix Bisquick, milk, white sugar, egg and vanilla extract in a bowl. 2. Heat pan. Spray with Pam cooking spray. 3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. 4. Before flipping, sprinkle brown sugar and pineapple on each pancake. |
