From the Bambu Lounge at Houston's Rickshaw Far East Bistro as published in the Houston Chronicle. Ingredients:
2 ounces citadelle pineapple- and vanilla bean-infused vodka |
1/2 ounce grenadine |
3 ounces pineapple juice |
pineapple, wedge |
Directions:
1. Mix vodka, grenadine, and pineapple juice in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously Strain into a martini glass. 2. Garnish with pineapple wedge. |
