Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Traditional recipe in my family. No one can resist it.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 (398 ml) can pineapple
Directions:
1. ``Syrup``:.
2. Melt the butter.
3. Mix with brown sugar. Put in a round 10 inch(or 9) round cake pan that has at least 1 3/4 inch sides. Place the pineapples with the syrup.
4. Cake:.
5. A.Cream the butter. Mix the sugar and the eggs together. Add to the butter.
6. B.Filter the flour, the baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
7. Mix A and B together while alternating with the milk.
8. (Start and finish with a dry ingredient).
9. Cook at about 350 to 375 degrees Farenheit for about 20 minutes(sometimes more, can take up to 45 minutes), depending on your oven.
