Pineapple Upside-Down Breakfast Rolls |

This is a great treat for breakfast. The kids always want me to make it in the A.M. on weekends. Hope you enjoy it too! Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits |
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Melt the margarine and sugar in 8-inch baking dish (I do this in the microwave - quicker and less mess). 2. Add pineapple and cinnamon. 3. Top with biscuits. 4. Bake at 425* for 20 minutes or until done. 5. Pour a big glass of milk and enjoy! |
