The George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine Cookbook Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken |
1 egg white |
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
4 slices pineapple |
4 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Combine the chicken, egg white, teriyaki sauce, onion, pepper and mustard in a medium bowl. 2. Shape into 4 patties. 3. Preheat the grill and spray with cooking spray. 4. Grill patties for 3 minutes. Open the grill and add one slice of pineapple to each patty. 5. Grill for 4-5 more minutes. |
