For making pineapple tarts Ingredients:
500 g butter |
120 g icing sugar |
2 whole eggs |
1 egg white |
1 pinch salt |
820 g plain flour |
Directions:
1. Cream butter, icing sugar and salt until light. 2. Add whole eggs and egg white. 3. Slowly stir in flour, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before use. 4. Bake at 180 deg celsius for 20-25 minutes (with ready made pineapple fillings). |
