Prep: 6 minutes. This citrus sundae gets an unexpected twist from mint and toasted almonds. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups lemon sorbet |
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint |
4 teaspoons flaked sweetened coconut |
4 teaspoons sliced almonds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Place 1/3 cup sorbet in each of 4 serving bowls. Top each with 1/4 cup pineapple, 1/2 teaspoon mint, 1 teaspoon coconut, and 1 teaspoon almonds. |
