Found this gem in a church cookbook years ago. It's great with any pork or ham! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
4 eggs |
5 slices bread, cubed and dried |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add eggs, 1 at a time. 3. Stir in pineapple. 4. Fold in bread cubes. 5. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. 6. Bake 1 hour at 350 F degrees. |
