This sweet fruity side dish is one of my favorites. Goes great with anything - turkey, ham, chicken...whatever. Hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
12 slices bread - cubed - potato bread works really well
2 sticks butter - melted
1 c sugar
8 eggs
2 large cans crushed pineapple - well drained
Directions:
1. Preheat to 350* (325* for glass pans)
2. Beat together eggs and sugar.
3. Add melted butter.
4. Add in cubed bread and drained pineapple - mix well.
5. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan.
6. Bake for 1 hour or until golden and set .
