Pineapple Stuff (Bread Pudding) |

This is great for brunches, especially with ham, the way cranberry sauce is good with turkey. My mother has always made this. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple |
4 eggs |
1/4 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons butter |
4 -5 slices white bread, torn into pieces |
Directions:
1. With mixer combined eggs and sugar. Stir in softened butter and pineapple (not drained). Stir in bread pieces until mushy. 2. Place in greased casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°F May be made the night before and kept covered in the refrigerator. |
