I made this first on a hot summer day. Even my father who does not like pineapple loved it. Ingredients:
1 pineapple |
1 tablespoon rose water |
1 tablespoon sherry |
2 tablespoon maple syrup |
5 g vanilla |
pinch of salt |
1 egg white |
Directions:
1. Peel the pineapple and remove the hard core and the eyes. 2. Puree the pineapple together with the rose water, sherry, maple syrup. 3. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt and the vanilla until almost stiff. 4. Then stir in the pineapple mixture. 5. Put it into the deep freezer for 3 hours and stir it again every hour. |
