Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups ice cubes
2 cans (8 ounces each) unsweetened crushed pineapple
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
