I love smoothies and can't wait to try this one. It will also help you use up some of that leftover buttermilk! From TOH Everyday Light Meals.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups ice cubes
2 (8 ounce) cans unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
