1 cup packed brown sugar |
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons ground mustard |
1 cup pineapple juice |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce |
2 pounds mini smoked sausage links |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, flour and mustard. Gradually stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 2. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sausages; stir to coat. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm. Makes about 8 dozen. |
