Cool Mexican drink for summer got from in-flight magazine on plane to Cozumel... some restaurant in California serves them. Ingredients:
1 serrano pepper |
1 cup fresh lime juice |
1 cup pineapple juice |
1 cup gold tequila |
1 tablespoon agave nectar |
1 tablespoon cilantro |
Directions:
1. Cut serrano in half, rough dice the 1/2, keeping most seeds & pulp. Put in shaker and muddle to get the juices out. 2. Add 3 shots tequila, 1 1/2 shots lime juice, & 1 1/2 shots pineapple juice, and generous squeeze of agave nectar. 3. Cover & shake. 4. Strain over ice. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro. |
