Ingredients:
6 ounces tofu, drained and cubed
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 cup pineapple, fresh,cubed
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Add tofu, pineapple and olive oil to a blender.
2. Mix at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Drink immediately or refrigerate.
4. You can also add ice cubes which can be added to the blender.
