Ingredients:
6 ounces tofu, drained and cubed |
1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1 cup pineapple, fresh,cubed |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Add tofu, pineapple and olive oil to a blender. 2. Mix at medium speed until smooth and creamy. 3. Drink immediately or refrigerate. 4. You can also add ice cubes which can be added to the blender. |
