This is a popular topping for hamloaf / ham balls! WOW! Try my various hamloaf & glaze recipes till you find your 'fit!' This is almost ALWAYS served at Christmas, Easter & Thanksgiving here in the heart of Lancaster County! ENJOY! 1 loaf - enough sauce for 1 loaf or 1 batch of ham balls
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
3/4 cup water
2 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
8 ounces crushed pineapple
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients& heat to boiling, then pour over loaf (or balls) and continue baking as directed.
