Pineapple is usually associated with Hawaii and tropical paradise. Bring a bit of the beauty of the tropics into your own world with this delicious sangria! If you can't find riesling, any light white wine will do. Ingredients:
750 ml riesling wine |
20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice |
1 quart ginger ale |
1 cup apple juice |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix together the wine, pineapple, ginger ale, apple juice and lemon juice until well mixed. Refrigerate overnight. 2. Serve the next day from a large pitcher filled with ice. |
