1/4 cup mirin (japanese rice wine)
1/4 cup chile sauce with garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cups finely diced pineapple
3/4 cup diced papaya
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced seeded cucumber
1/4 cup diced red onion
