PINEAPPLE SALSA This recipe came from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the McDougal Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
2 cups peeled cored and chopped fresh pineapple |
11 ounce can mandarin orange sections drained |
1/2 cup chopped red or green sweet pepper |
1/3 cup picante sauce |
Directions:
1. Stir together pineapple, mandarin oranges, sweet pepper and picante sauce. 2. Allow to chill for at least 1 hour before serving. |
